Hence, direct involvement with the worldwide community and a continuing Olympic tradition potentially providing positive and negative aspects along with it.
In the end it is the Beijing Olympics since it was elected that way, so it can be agreed upon that the Olympics have a responsibility to promote sport in an inspirational way. Check your history, there are no prejudiced nor biased designs in the history of the Olympics and nor will it happen in Beijing.

Why do u think all nations broke diplomatic relations with taiwan since the 1970s? I find taiwanese people liars, hookers, no honor, 2nd only to koreans. And taiwan suffered 50 years as 2nd class japanese subjects. what do they do? elect a jap lee tung-hui for president! If you want to know what bad is, go to Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, if your not one of them, they discriminate you until you go into mental breakdown. | I agree with Kasper... China is a prosperous country and Chinese are very nice people, but maybe China should not have been awarded the Olympics... China is capable of great thing, but maybe they need to learn more about treating other nationalities well, respecting human rights, disapprove African dictatorships, and fight for environmental issues... I say: let another country host the Olympics 2008 and give Beijings Olympics 2012 instead... (London can have 2116...) |
