| | Is there such thing as water addict? Or maybe there is a toilet addiction? After watching House DVD I now know that medical mystery always have unseen answers. We should visit her house and find cause of her drinking habit. It could be she is very ugly with bad skin and psychology problem or maybe there is some germ in the water bottle causes her brain disease. Or maybe she is just very thirsty. |

| | It is a very concerning issue and I believe that people should be careful as to how much water they drink - otherwise, their daily life becomes interrupted. |

| | I agree to avoid drinking a lot of water , and its also depends on weather environmental and health matters. This lady for example she over exaggerated - such as drinking alot of water will be good for skin. There are other ways for skin treatments.
I agree on Chanchang opinion but also there are some people has to drink little bit more in case of kidney stones, or uric acid it all depends on what a physician requirements , or each person situation I think so .. in the end of the day every one should be moderate in drinking. not to forget weather , summer people drink a lot than usual .that lady she take it easy on water or she should have a bed in the bathroom if she keep drinking 3.5 L :) |

| | You don't even need to drink two liters of plain water every day. You are already taking water in your foods and in other drinks like tea, etc, so you can adjust your consumption of plain water accordingly. Simply drinking water without limit just overloads the kidneys and maybe damage them too.
Avoid drinking too much water with your meals. It will dilute the acids in your stomach that are required for digestion, and you will have problems with digestion.
Avoid drinking so much water at one time that you feel bloated. Taking small sips at frequent intervals is better. |
